And as our world is getting more complex the demand increases. As a result, managing stress is a critical skill that you must pay attention to and master in order to increase your productivity, performance level, health and relationships.

 

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How can we build resilience at a physical, emotional and mental level?

  • How can we manage stress effectively?

  • Creating the right conditions for your body to manage stress effectively

  • Dealing with stressful situations at work
